The Chilean Hypertension Society is a non-profit society created in the year 1987 with the aim of developing research, teaching and assistance in the field of arterial hypertension, also carrying out outreach activities to the general population.
Millions of chronically ill people in the country, mainly diabetics and hypertensive, can obtain a professional driver's license, after the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications agreed to modify the Decree 170 of the year 1985.
